Features
- Digital control head for use with KTR-909 and KTR-909A UHF communcations transceiver
- May be installed alone or in tandem configuration (i.e. master/slave)
- 7-segment gas discharge readouts
- Remote-mounted switch can be installed to toggle between manual frequency display and preset channel display modes
- Remote-mounted switch can be insatlled to place the control in preset channel display mode and incremently scan through channels
- Automatic squelch eliminates need for manual adjustments but manual squelch override provided with pulling of ON/OFF/VOLUME knob
- 20 user-programmable channels
- Power to operate control is supplied by KTR-909
- Models available with and without volume control , with black or gray face plates, with 5 or 28 V bezel lighting, with Night Vision Goggle (NVG) capability
- Similar to KFS-599B Control but does not provide tuning for remote ADF
